With fashion month kicking into full swing, I'm paying tribute by dressing up a bit- If you can't play about with your wardrobe now, then when? It would be fricking amazing to attend the shows- the drama of the settings, the lighting, it all reminds me of theatre. I'm pretty fascinated by the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes- not just the incredible clothing. Also, who can talk about the fashion shows without mentioning street style? My Tumblr and Pinterest are already filling up with pictures of interesting and immaculate outfits. It all gives just the burst of inspiration that a month like February calls for. So here we are with this outfit! I love the grungy feel (which went perfectly with the rain...) and that the texture in the dress makes it look more luxe than it is. Plus, it still feels like wearing pyjamas thanks to the stretch! Perfect weekend attire :)

So, who needs a runway to stomp down when you've got a muddy lane, and who needs street style snappers when you have a trusty boyfriend? This year I'll have to make do with watching the shows from the comfort of my sofa. Dressed up of course... Are you going to see any shows over the coming weeks?
